WRITER                                                                       
Sandra Tichborne:

Sandra is the Artistic Creator and Writer of the company. She has a strong sense of self and great sense of humour, which is reflected in her writing. She's charismatic and approachable which enables her to be a good communicator. She is extremely talented in creating original work in writing and artwork.

She is a prolific writer of everything from movie scripts to children's stories. Sandra wrote the script for Achooo! and has also created all the artwork including the backdrop and props.

Emily Gilhome

Emily Gilhome's first professional appearance was in Peter Combe's Snugglepot and Cuddlepie for the Southbank Corporation in 1994.

She has appeared in The Caucasian Chalk Circle (2000) with Matrix
Theatre Company; and Guys and Dolls (1999) and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (2003) with Harvest Rain Theatre Company. Her role as Lucy in Front Row Theatre Company's production of Secret Bridesmaid's Business won her a Del Arte award for Favourite Supporting Female Performer in 2003. Emily also appeared in the critically acclaimed production of Brave New World Order at the Brisbane Powerhouse last year for Dianne Gough Productions, and will be joining them again this year for The Merchant of Vengeance, an original cabaret-style satire, to be performed at the Brisbane Powerhouse in April.

Emily is a professional singer/guitarist, performing in cafes, bars and restaurants in the Brisbane area. She is also a member of the vocal trio Tessitura, performing at weddings and private functions in and around Brisbane.

Collette A'Bear :

Colette became involved in the performing arts from a very young age, playing the piano from the age of three and taking up dancing lessons. With a mostly musical background,

Colette is currently completing an Arts (music)/Education double degree at The University of Queensland aspiring to become a primary school music teacher.

As well as this, she is a qualified piano and clarinet tutor. She has been a part of various musicals throughout her performing career including The Boyfriend, Godspell and Guys and Dolls. She is a multi-skilled performer with a passion for education through the arts.

 

These two professionals with such diverse skills and experiences
have joined forces to create a unique blend of the creative,
written, visual, physical and musical genres.
