Package of Integrated Activities: Available for Schools |
| Michelle Hornery, in her role as Education Consultant, within the company 'Knock Your Socks Off Entertainment', has developed an Education Package of Integrated Activities specifically designed to complement the Performance and to be utilised as an Educational Resource for the school. These Integrated Educational Activities are based on Bloom's Taxonomy of Cognitive Processes to aid in the development of Higher Level Thinking Skills through encouraging Problem Solving and Critical Thinking in children as well as catering to Multiple Intelligences. These Integrated Activities have been grouped for grades 1-3 (NSW K-2) and 4-7(NSW 3-6), however they are designed to be used across all grade levels according to each child's ability. |
| The Education Package has been designed so that students can work independently and direct their own learning by progressing through the six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy at their own pace and understanding level, OR so that Teachers can choose activities appropriate for individuals or whole classes as they see fit. The Package has been designed as a stand alone Integrated 2-3 week Program complementing the 'Knock Your socks Off Entertainment' performance of Achooo!, but the flexibility of the Bloom's Taxonomy Model means Teachers could merge any of the Activities into their current program, or use them as Enrichment Activities for Gifted Students. |
| The content of the Education Package is greatly enhanced by the Artwork of Sandra Tichborne, and is fully reproducible by the school for the use of classroom teachers. The
cost of the Education Package is $110
