I have created this site to show what can be done with some pinball machines that were in terrible conditions and to highlight what can be achieved with some patience, some dollars and a lot of time, effort and elbow grease in the hope that others will start to realise that these old machines deserve to be in a grand state again.

You can choose to look at the entire machine restore by using the buttons above and following the links on each machines main page that take you through that machines full restore process  or you can just go straight to a particular restoration subject by using the buttons on the left.

All of my pages have numerous images and give detailed information on how I have handled various area's of pinball restorations.

I hope you can learn a tip or two from these pages and get your machines looking great again, even if you are not planning a restore and just want to look at some images of your favourite old pinball machines then I am sure you will find many photo's here to revive some old memories.

March 2008  - NEW Aussie Pinheads Forum - click this banner and register  - HEAPS of great pinball information and some of the best pinball restorers in Australia are already there to help you out....

I do this artwork purely as an interest and to restore MY OWN PINBALL MACHINES - I do not and have NEVER done this artwork for a profit

I am showing these images so that other hobbyists can see what can be achieved if you wish to learn a product like Photoshop for yourselves, you can recreate art and paint stencils for YOUR OWN machines, not to recreate and sell.

Do not EVER ask me for ANY copies of my files as you WILL definitely be incredibly offended by my reply.

I am not showing any Williams or Bally images that I have created for myself so as not to offend the owner of the rights to those images. I am showing KISS images as Gene Cunningham owns the rights to that particular Bally machine and so far has no problem with me showing this small image ( if he or his representative Kim Carter contacts me to say the do have a problem then I will remove it ).

Likewise the good people who own the rights to the other brands, Denise Stern and Mondial Gottlieb ( who I emailed myself some time back)  have no issue with me showing these small images either.

Do you want to play every single Arcade Game that you can think of.....including ALL the old classics such as Space Invaders, Galaga, Scramble, Defender, Moon Cresta and more......MAME allows you to do that all from your home PC......I also have information on how to emulate all the Laser Games like Dragons Lair and Space Ace as well as information on Visual Pinball and Future Pinball which are two of the best pinball simulators you will ever play..............Do you want to play every single Arcade Game that you can think of.....including ALL the old classics such as Space Invaders, Galaga, Scramble, Defender, Moon Cresta and more......MAME allows you to do that all from your home PC......I also have information on how to emulate all the Laser Games like Dragons Lair and Space Ace as well as information on Visual Pinball and Future Pinball which are two of the best pinball simulators you will ever play..............

I have used Mame since around the year 1998, today it is very well known. Mame is a games emulator that runs about 3000 games from the historic classics to more modern games of the mid-late 90's. It emulates the games extremely well, these days many people , myself included, build Mame cabinets to run all the games in. These are replica arcade game cabinets in either upright or sit down ( cocktail ) versions.

To go with Mame you can also run an emulator called Daphne which emulates Dragons Lair 1 and 2, Space Ace and many other Laser games. Remember how you were amazed to see that animated game with the Knight and the dragon in the arcades back in the 80's that no-one could master, well you will find it just as bloody difficult to play today- this time it's free though !

There are also some fantastic pinball simulators available today- Visual Pinball and the recently released Future Pinball. There are hundreds of tables available. These pinball simulators are nothing like the crappy things you see on PC or Xbox type pinball games, they use images, sounds and roms from the ORIGINAL pinball table and I feel they are totally underestimated and a way to keep pinball alive for years to come.

My Mame page has info on where to get all of these emulators as well as info on a few Mame cabinets that I have built and own - click on the game images above to see more about Mame.

I have made box framed Wall Hangings out  KISS and Harlem Globetrotters playfields - I have a page about my life obsessed with pinball and how that all began, it may bring back some memories for fellow Aussies - I also enjoy playing drums and heavy metal music - and dont forget to check out my links page for a summary of every Pinball and Arcade link that I think you will ever need...........I have also restored some other pinballs that I no longer own - The Hulk and Tri-Zone , my father in law also owns a nicely restored Firepower - I have made box framed Wall Hangings out of  KISS and Harlem Globetrotters playfields - I have a page about my life obsessed with pinball and how that all began, it may bring back some memories for fellow Aussies - I also enjoy playing drums and heavy metal music - and dont forget to check out my links page for a summary of every Pinball and Arcade link that I think you will ever need...........and lastly I have a page dedicated to my old High School at Heathcote in NSW Australia......
