OK- heres a few shots of my Gorgar as it is these days, I have had the legs re-chromed and the side rails and lock bar were polished by my father in law. I always install a new sheet of playfield glass on my restores as well as touching up the heads of the screw nails that hold the siderails into the pinball body.

The backglass on this Gorgar was originally in really shitty condition, the womans flesh colour had actually gone completely to powder and was back to clear glass in some spots at the back of the glass, so I CAREFULLY scraped all the flesh coloured  powder out and repainted the woman from behind  ( I know I know I could have said that better but  you know what I mean ) with a new flesh colour hobby paint, I then covered that in a coloured contact paper at the back which means that light no longer shines through her but it does look great compared to what it was like, if you look at the shot of the whole glass above you will see she is a slightly darker colour.

I touched up a lot of other area's of the back of the glass and it does look really nice now.

I hope that you enjoyed seeing my Gorgar restoration process, dont forget you can also find a HEAP of information on Williams re-builds and restores at my Flash pages and I am also putting specific links to repair sites on my links page and spread throughout my other pages as well.
