What a great game! This title has been steadily increasing in popularity over the last few years, I was lucky enough to pick one up a couple of years back, but as usual it wasn't in the condition I like my games to be in and I knew I was going to be spending some large cash on it to get it right. This is probably my favourite DMD machine ever, it clearly has the best ramps in ANY pinball game and has a ruleset that is a LOT deeper than it is given credit for, its a hard game to beat and I am still yet to get the Vacation Planner but I am not far away from it.... I wanted to re-decal and re-spray the body and the backbox as well as do a full playfield tear down and a full clean and restoration including all new ramps , new mountains, new targets ....well just about new everything. I also did a little bit of 'customising' when I was finished this restore including adding some playfield plastic images that weren't on the original game that should have been , as well as adding some LED lighting to give the rear mountain a beautiful blue glow underneath it and I added some neon glow rope to the ramps. My WH20 pages will show in great detail cabinet strip and re-decaling, playfield strip and cleaning, ramp replacements, mountain repairs, mountain sign reproduction, custom lighting and a heap of other useful information.

There is so many rules that I could never explain them all here I will cover a few of the major basics of the game - to see the entire rule set for this game go here The aim of the game is to get the Vacation Jackpot - there are 4 main tasks to be completed in order to get that........very briefly.... * Reach and Score Wet Willies - there are 7 Orange arrow inserts around the playfield, by hitting the lit 'hazard' you advance your raft down the river towards Wet Willies, once at Wet Willies there are 2 more stages to complete - ALL 7 hazards light and you must get ALL 7 hazards to move on to Stage 2, then a 'traveling hazard' moves around the hazards....you have 20 seconds to hit it - it is worth 100,000 points. * Complete The Boulder Garden - You have to shoot a ball into the Insanity Falls / Waterfall ramp from the top flipper shot , that then lights The Whirlpool light up top as well...when The Whirlpool is lit a shot into it awards one of the 6 awards shown on the playfield lights in the Boulder Garden area....you must complete all 6. This actually opens up other things to complete in the game and includes Hurry Ups, 2 ball multiball modes, 5X playfield points etc. * Reach River Class 6 - There are 6 inserts near the left slingshot with roman numerals going to 6, you must light them all IN ONE BALL......you light each insert by completing the word RIVER which is the 5 blue targets on the left side of the game....you can also Spot RIVER letters in each of the return lanes by using your flippers to move the lit insert before the ball rolls through - this keeps you on your toes and I believe is the most difficult to achieve. * Lock 3 Balls - Once all of the above is achieved then you must lock 3 balls and get Multiball. There is tons more to do but they are the main 4 things.
