Weight: 160      Status: Bulking    Height : 5'5       Arms : 13 3/4 inches.    Chest : 40 inches.

Quads : 23 1/4 inches.    Calves : 16 inches.    Forearms : 11 inches.    Neck : 17 inches.

Shoulders : 44 inches.

1. Why did you start bodybuilding?

I wanted to improve my physique even greater and give myself goals to strive for and accomplish.

2. What physical shape were you in when u started?

I weighed around 120 about 2 years ago, I was also 5' or so. I now weigh around 165 at 5'5.

3. What is your training schedule?

My current weekly split looks a lot like this:

Monday: Chest, Tris
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Back, Bi's
Thursday : Rest
Friday : Legs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday : Rest, Abs

My favourite day each week would have to be leg day because my heaviest lift is squats. I love the work ethic that goes along with pushing heavy weight.

4. Some of the negatives over that time?

For a while, about two years ago I guess, you could say I was a party animal. My lifts and size stayed stagnant while I partied and smoked a lot. It wasn't until I got caught that I decided to smarten up and put my time and effort into something more valuable and rewarding. That's when I started putting a lot of time and effort into bodybuilding. After a while, I started seeing gains and it only made me love the sport even more.

5. Some of the positives over that time?

I've seen many gains in size over the time period that I have been bodybuilding. I've gone up around 40 or so pounds and am steadily growing. My legs have grown the most in my opinion.

6. What are your goals for the next 12 months?

I have many goals for the next 12 months including hitting 170-175 pounds while still being 5'5". After that, I will start cutting and cut down to around 156 pounds. I would also like to do my first competition some time near the end of summer.
