- Founded in 1984 to back local and visiting artists at
different venues around the Northwest Coast of Tasmania, the band was very much a family affair with Everett Horch playing the Steel
Guitar, his wife Arlyne playing Bass and son Marc playing rhythm & lead with
good friend Dave Templar on drums.

- Over the years, many Top line local singers have been invited to be lead
singer of the band which has attributed to the sound of the band. At present
(since 2001) the bands line-up is Pat Desmond (Lead Singer / Harmony /
Rhythm), Jan Ruffels (Lead Singer / Harmony), Kevin Barry (Drums), Arlyne
Horch (Bass) and Marc Horch (Lead Guitar / Singer).

- This year, 2005, Good'N'Country has released a CD called
"Lovin This Country" which contains 12 tracks of some of their favourites.
